Pactovio stores the documents, evidence and settings a workspace uploads or connects, the tender notices it reads from public procurement portals, and usage records (which model ran, tokens, cost). When you connect a third-party tool, we store a reference to that connection and the data the integration needs to do its job, such as email messages classified as tenders, RFPs or design requests.
Only to provide the service to your workspace: reading tender packs, checking compliance, drafting answers and quotes, and sending the events you choose to your connected tools. We do not sell data and do not use your content to train models.
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Nebius (model inference), Tavily (web research on buyers), Composio (connections to third-party tools) and Dodo Payments (billing, as merchant of record).
You can disconnect any integration at any time, and delete your workspace and its data. Email replies are only ever saved as drafts; Pactovio never sends email on your behalf.
