What counts as a credit?
Only the expensive work: reading a tender pack (1 credit up to 120 pages, 2 up to 400, 4 above that), a design match (1) and a buyer refresh (1). Email triage, agent chat, quotes, connector actions and replays of a finished read don't use credits.
What happens when I run out?
An action that needs credits stops with a clear "not enough credits" message and nothing is charged. Buy a 100-credit pack or move to a bigger plan, and carry on. If a pack read fails partway, its credits are returned automatically.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. The live demo opens on sample workspaces, which are never charged. Each browser session can start 2 fresh pack reads, refresh 3 buyers and send up to 10 agent messages a minute; replays of finished reads are unlimited.
How do I switch plans?
From Billing & usage in the app. Upgrades start a new checkout; your remaining credits stay in your workspace.
Who handles payment?
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and handles checkout, tax and receipts. The preview runs in Dodo's test mode, so no real card is charged.
